A Holiday-Filled Weekend

We did so much this weekend. And we didn't even get to do half of what I wanted to do.
I worked on Mia's table. Its close to being done. I took our cheap, old kid's table and chairs, painted them white, glued beads to the surface of the table, then used epoxy resin to create a plastic coating to seal the beads in.

We made a mini candyland tree.

We painted a dreidel.

We learned to fight back.

We braved the mall. It was as crazy as you would expect it to be a week before christmas. But I was at risk of going stir crazy in the house. And I was too cold to be outside.

We rode reindeer.
And, we even worked on the house. All while Mia and Em still have colds. Man, I am EXHAUSTED.
What we didn't get to:
The Santa Train, seeing our neighborhood lights, making a Gingerbread House. And most importantly, I didn't get to make Mia's treasure box, which will be her Christmas/Hannukah gift from me. So all these things will have to wait till next Friday and Saturday.

Oh! And I finally finished our holiday cards, which will be in the mail tomorrow. Better late than never...

Goodnight.
